By accessing or using Check My Lotto ("the Service"), operated by DraggonnB (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Check My Lotto is a lottery ticket management platform that allows users to:
The Service currently supports South African National Lottery games including PowerBall, Lotto, Lotto Plus 1, Lotto Plus 2, and Daily Lotto.
Check My Lotto is not a lottery operator, retailer, or gambling service. We do not sell lottery tickets, accept bets, or pay out prizes. We are a ticket management and result-checking tool only. All lottery games are operated by ITHUBA Holdings (Pty) Ltd under licence from the National Lotteries Commission of South Africa.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via PayFast. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months.
While we make every effort to provide accurate draw results and ticket matching, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. Results displayed on Check My Lotto are for informational purposes only. Always verify wins against official ITHUBA channels before claiming prizes.
You are solely responsible for verifying and claiming any lottery prizes.
The Service, including its automated ticket matching and notification systems, is protected by pending patent applications. All code, designs, and proprietary algorithms are the intellectual property of DraggonnB (Pty) Ltd.
By uploading ticket images or data to the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and analyse that data for the purpose of providing the Service. We will not sell or share your ticket data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Check My Lotto and DraggonnB (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed prize claims, inaccurate result matching, or service downtime.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
